Qualification
This role
primarily involves work for corporate clients covering
the full range of U.S. work related visas (especially
H-1Bs, L-1s, and E visas). The position would suit:

A paralegal or U.S. attorney with
at least one year of experience in U.S. visas.

A former U.S. Visa officer or INS officer with
years of experience in U.S. immigration law and
procedure is advantageous.
